Dr. Morgan holds current Florida medical and law licenses and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine through 2022. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1980, then served an Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship in Florida before graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 1989. Dr. Morgan originally created the Medical Malpractice Triage Service at the request of the member benefits arm of the Florida Medical Association to assist Florida physicians who were sued for malpractice. He has consulted on thousands of medical malpractice cases during his career and has been the recipient of numerous academic and professional awards and honors.
